Everybody you send to
Recipients are never charged, never counted as a seat, and never asked to register. A plan covers the workspace that sends; the people signing need nothing at all.
Every signature on a document
A document sent to twenty people is one document. There is no per-signature charge and no per-envelope charge on the paid plans.
Storing what you have signed
Completed PDFs stay in your archive, encrypted, with their audit trail and certificate of completion. There is no charge for keeping them and no retention period forcing them out.
The certificate of completion
Every completed copy carries its own certificate: who signed, when, from where, and the fingerprint of the document as uploaded. It is part of the product, not an add-on.

What people ask about the price.
Do the people I send documents to have to pay?+
No, and they do not need a SignaCore account either. A plan covers the organization that sends. Everybody you send to opens a link, signs in the browser they already have, and receives their own completed copy by email.
What counts against the Free plan's five documents?+
A document you upload or author and send for signature. Sending the same document to several people is still one document. The count resets at the start of each calendar month.
How does Business user billing work?+
Business is charged per active workspace user — the people in your organization who send and manage documents, not the people who sign. Adding somebody mid-month is prorated by Stripe.
Can I pay monthly instead of yearly?+
Yes. Every paid plan is available month to month. Annual billing is cheaper per month; the exact difference is shown on each plan above.
What happens if I cancel?+
Your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then the workspace returns to the Free plan. Documents you have already completed stay in your archive and stay downloadable.
Is there a free trial of the paid plans?+
The Free plan is the trial, and it does not expire. It is the full signing experience with a five-document monthly limit, so you can send something real before deciding.
