SignaCore is smaller than DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Sign, and Dropbox Sign, and for some of what you might need it is the wrong answer. Here is where each of them is the better buy, and where this one is.
How to read this page.Every figure attributed to another company was read from that company’s own page on 6 October 2026, and the sources are listed under the table. A cell nobody checked is a dash rather than a guess. Pricing changes; if that date is old, trust the links and not us.
Feature by feature.
Only the things that actually differ. Signing in a browser, a completed PDF, an audit record — every one of these products has those, and listing them would pad the table without helping anyone decide.

Choose SignaCore
when you send PDFs you already have, to people who should not have to sign up for anything, and you would rather not count envelopes. Especially when the same form goes to a lot of people and each of them needs their own filled copy back.
Choose DocuSign
when you need notarization, identity verification beyond an email code, payment collection inside the document, or deep integration with a CRM your sales team lives in.
Choose Adobe Acrobat Sign
when your organization already pays for Acrobat and the volume fits inside its transaction allowance. Signing becomes one more thing a tool you have already bought can do.
Choose Dropbox Sign
when your documents already live in Dropbox and you want signing to happen where they are rather than somewhere else. They do not ration sends any more than we do.
Where SignaCore is actually different.
Each signer gets their own completed copy, made the moment they submit and emailed to the address they verified. Send one form to twenty people and you get twenty filled documents, not one page carrying twenty sets of answers.
Field detection on flat PDFs is in every plan, including the free one. A PDF with real form fields keeps them; one without is examined for where a signature, initial, or value is likely to belong, and you review all of it before anything is sent.
No envelope allowance on a paid plan, so there is no counter to watch and no overage to discover at the end of a quarter.
Nothing is charged per use. Email verification of every recipient is included rather than sold as an identity add-on.
Documents are encrypted at rest and are not used to train models. The boundary, including what we do not claim, is written out on Trust & data.
What SignaCore does not do.
This is the part most comparison pages leave out. If one of these is something you need, one of the other products is the right answer and we would rather you found that out here than after paying.
No notarization. If a document has to be notarized, SignaCore is not the tool for it.
No payment collection. You cannot take money inside the document.
No SMS delivery or phone-based identity checks. Verification is by email code.
A small integration catalogue. There is no CRM marketplace. If your signing has to start from inside Salesforce, the larger products are built for that and this is not.
No mobile app. Signing works properly on a phone browser, but there is nothing to install.
No contract lifecycle management. SignaCore ends when the document is signed, filed, and delivered.
Still the right shape for you?
The Free plan sends five documents a month and asks for no card, which is enough to find out with a real document rather than a demo. If anything here is wrong or out of date, tell us at info@mysignacore.com and we will fix it, usually within 24 hours.
