Terms
A straightforward agreement for moving agreements forward.
These Terms of Service govern access to SignaCore, including company workspaces, document preparation, electronic signing, account access, and related notifications.
Read before launch: SignaCore provides signing technology, not legal advice. Whether a particular document or electronic signature is valid depends on the parties, the transaction, and applicable law. Have counsel review these terms and add the governing-law, liability, consumer-disclosure, and jurisdiction language required for the markets you serve.
1. The service
SignaCore lets authorized company users upload and prepare PDFs, configure fields, invite recipients, track signing progress, and receive completed documents. Recipients can open an assigned link, verify control of their email with a one-time code, complete assigned fields, and submit without purchasing a plan or creating an account.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the product. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.
2. Accounts and workspaces
Keep account details accurate, protect passwords and login links, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. A company account may create or manage an organization workspace and assign roles according to the controls available in the service.
You are responsible for the people you invite, the permissions you grant, the documents you upload, and the instructions you send to recipients. Do not share credentials or signing links in a way that defeats the intended access controls.
3. Electronic signing
SignaCore records the signing actions available in the workflow, including the verified email, submitted values, timestamps, IP information, document status, and administrator activity. An OTP verifies access to the invited email address; it is not a government identity check, knowledge-based authentication, certificate-based digital signature, or guarantee that the person is authorized to sign.
Each party is responsible for deciding whether to conduct a transaction electronically, obtaining any required consent or disclosure, assigning the correct signer, reviewing the document and fields, and keeping any record required by law. A signature image or typed signature is not automatically a qualified or certificate-based digital signature.
4. Your content
You retain your rights in documents, text, images, and other material submitted to SignaCore. You grant Se7en Inc. a limited license to host, copy, transform, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support the service, including sending requested notifications and completed PDFs.
You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and authority required to upload the content, invite recipients, and request signatures. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or highly sensitive material unless the deployment has been expressly approved for that use.
5. Plans and billing
Available plans and prices are shown in SignaCore. The current product distinguishes Free, Professional, Business, and Enterprise offerings. Free and paid limits, features, billing intervals, and availability may be configured or changed by Se7en Inc. Recipients do not pay to sign a document.
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Stripe may collect payment information under its own terms. You authorize applicable charges, taxes, renewals, and usage or plan amounts shown at checkout. Failed or canceled payments may restrict paid features. Enterprise terms may be agreed separately.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use SignaCore to impersonate another person, forge authorization, evade a required identity or consent process, or send unwanted signing requests.
- Do not probe, overload, bypass rate limits, interfere with access controls, introduce malware, or attempt to access another account, organization, document, or signer session.
- Do not use the service in a way that violates law, infringes rights, or creates a safety, fraud, privacy, or regulatory risk.
We may suspend access, void a workflow, remove content, or preserve records when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with law.
7. Privacy and security
Our Privacy Policy explains the information SignaCore processes. Our Trust & data page explains encryption, temporary plaintext processing, administrator access, and the limits of the current security model. You understand that no online service or email delivery path is risk-free.
8. Third-party services
SignaCore may depend on email delivery, payment, social identity, hosting, database, and network providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control. A provider may process information needed for the requested operation, as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Availability and responsibility
SignaCore is provided for business workflow use and is not a substitute for document review, legal advice, records management, or a customer's own backup and compliance program. Export and retain documents and audit information required for your business.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every transaction. Any liability limits, warranties, indemnities, and mandatory consumer rights must be completed and reviewed for the applicable market before launch.
10. Contact and changes
