Cost and limits
E-signature tools with no envelope limits
Yes, though fewer than you would expect. DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat Sign both publish a sending allowance on their standard plans. Dropbox Sign and SignaCore do not ration sends on a paid plan. The figures below were read from each company's own pricing page on 6 October 2026.
Who publishes a limit
DocuSign: the Personal plan allows five envelopes a month at $11 a month. Standard, at $30 per user a month, and Business Pro, at $45, both allow 100 envelopes per user per year.
Adobe Acrobat Sign: plans sold as user licences include 150 transactions per user per year. Adobe's own limits table also caps uploads at 10 MB, pages at 100 per transaction, and signers at 25.
Who does not
Dropbox Sign publishes unlimited signature requests on every paid plan, starting at $15 a month for one user.
SignaCore has no envelope allowance on a paid plan. The free plan allows five documents a month and asks for no card. Nothing is charged per use - email verification of every recipient is included rather than sold as an identity add-on.
Why the cap is the thing to check first
An allowance measured per user per year hides its own arithmetic. A hundred envelopes a year is about two a week, which is nothing for a team that onboards staff or collects forms from a group.
The cost of exceeding it is rarely on the pricing page. Check what happens at the limit before the limit, not after.

Try it on a real document.
Five documents a month are free and it asks for no card. Whoever you send to signs without creating an account.
